The Gold Team provides the following services: Family Practice, Gynecology, and Pediatrics. Specialty Care: The facility’s Tricare Prime patients needing specialty care not available at the clinic may be referred to Dwight David Eisenhower Army Medical Center (DDEAMC), Fort Gordon, Georgia, or to providers in the local civilian Tricare network.

In most cases, Prime patients are not required to travel to DDEAMC and may choose to see a civilian doctor. The Gold Team is closed the 1st Wednesday afternoon of each month for training.

Active duty members are Tricare Prime patients and must enroll to the military health clinic during in processing to the installation. Members are assigned a Primary Care Manager.

When appointments are requested and the assigned provider is unavailable, the patient is scheduled with another provider from the same team. There are no co-payments associated with your visit to this military health clinic or to any authorized network providers.

Sick call for active duty is by appointment only. Active duty only, may call central appointments Monday – Friday starting at 0630 for a same day appointment. All others may call after 0730 for a same day appointment. The Clinic is closed on Saturday and Sunday, and all Federal Holidays.

Any beneficiary requiring urgent medical care when the clinic is closed should call 404-464-2778. The advice nurse is available 24/7 will return your call and you may be referred to a civilian provider if necessary. If you have a life threatening medical emergency go to the nearest civilian Emergency Room without calling the advice nurse.
